So much to do with only three weeks before Sky Ranch. This week we will have our mandatory Sky Ranch Meeting at 7:30 am on Thursday for parents and students. We will go over suppiles, medications, activities, food, and behavior expectatons. Jeff, from Sky Ranch will be available to answer questions you may have.
The students should be finishing up their research for thier personal project at the beginning of the week. Please help them to find information on the internet and through the library and encourage them to spend time finding information. We will start to plan how to present their findings through writings, pictures, displays, etc. If you have not read over the guidelines for this project please go to this link. We have talked in class about what is expected and we will be meeting individually to check on their progress. We will also start writing their opinion piece on their personal project at school this week.
Friday is Egg Drop Day and Crazy Hat or Hair Day. Every Older Kid is to bring in an egg drop experiment. This will be part of their homework this week.
Maps testing is coming up on Monday, April 29 and Weds. May 1. Please make sure your child is at school by 8:30 and ready to test.
